On July 8th, 2020, Political Consul of the British Consulate General in Shanghai Mr. Robert Butler visited SIIS. He discussed and exchanged ideas on National Security Law for Hong Kong and US-China relations with Dr. Shao Yuqun, Director of the Institute for Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao Studies and Dr. Zhang Jian, Associate Research Fellow at the Institute for Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao Studies.
