On June 30, 2020, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies co-organized a webinar in collaboration with the Netherlands Institute of International Relations (Clingendael). The two sides had an in-depth discussion on the new momentum and prospect for cooperation after the EU-China Summit and the role of Belt and Road Initiative in post-pandemic EU-China relations. President Chen Dongxiao of SIIS and General Director Monika Sie Dhian Ho of Clingendael gave opening remarks at the webinar. Research fellows from the Center for European Studies and Institute for World Economy Studies of SIIS joined the discussion.
