On June 27, 2019, Prof. Elizabeth Wishnick, Fulbright visiting fellow of the East China Normal University and Professor of the Montclair State University (U.S.) visited SIIS. Dr. Zhao Long, Assistant Director of the Institute for Global Governance Studies and Dr. Mao Ruipeng, senior fellow of the Institute for Global Governance Studies exchanged views with Prof. Wishnick on China-Russian relations and the cooperation on the Arctic.
