On October 19, 2018, Prof. Markus Lederer of the TU Darmstadt visited SIIS and gave two lectures on “Global Migration and Local Politics: the Migration Crisis in Germany” and “Climate Politics after Paris: the role of China and Germany”. Dr. Zhang Yinghong, Director of the Center for European Studies and Dr. Yu Hongyuan, Director of the Institute for Comparative Politics and Public Policy Studies chaired the lectures.
