On 12 October 2018, Mr. Jack Dart, Political Consul of the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai visited SIIS and exchanged ideas with Dr. Wu Chunsi, director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies, Dr. Xue Lei, research fellow of the Institute for World Economic Studies and Mr. Yang Li, research fellow of Center for Marine & Polar Studies.
