On June 25, 2018, Ms Cinzia Paqule, member of the Italian Parliament visited SIIS and gave a lecture on the political situation in Italy and Italy’s role in the European Union. Dr. Zhang Haibing, Director of the Institute of World Economy, Dr. Long Jing, Deputy Director of the Center for European Studies, staff from the Shanghai Society of European Studies, and SIIS graduates participated in the lecture.
