On March 7, 2017, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with a delegation led by Prof. Abderrahim khalidi, Vice President for Cooperation, Partnership, External Relations and Communication of the University of Hassan II Casablanca (Morocco). The two sides had a discussion on the upcoming co-hosted international symposium on “One Belt and One Road” initiative and China-Africa relations etc. Prof. Ye Qing, SIIS assistant president, Prof. Li Weijian, Prof. Jin Liangxiang, Prof. Zhou Yuyuan and Mr. Zhou Yiqi from the Center for West Asian and African Studies also attended the meeting.
