On July 21, Dr. Lye Liang Fook, Research Fellow and Assistant Director of East Asian Institute of National University of Singapore, visits SIIS and has a dialogue on China’s Diplomacy and South China Sea issues with Dr. Gong Keyu, Deputy Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies and Dr. Zhang Zhexin, Assistant Director of the Institute for Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao Studies.
