March 19, SIIS President Yang Jiemian, Vice Presidents Chen Dongxiao and Yang Jian attend the Barnett-Oksenberg Lecture on Sino-American Relations in Shanghai. The Barnett-Oksenberg Lecture is sponsored by U.S.-based National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and China-based Shanghai Association of American Studies. During the lecture, Amb.
